5 Pillars of Islam Project for Level 1

Dear Parents,

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

Our Level 1 students have learned about 5 Pillars. Ms Wedad and Naheed taught them about First Pillar Tawheed and they got to know about Fasting.

This Sunday Aug 16, they have started making  5 pillars of Islam project. Parents helped us getting used rolls of bathroom and kitchen to make the Pillars.

It's still under way... hopefully will be completed this Sunday. In sha Allah!

Parents Meeting and Report Cards on Aug 23, 2015

How time flies, AlHamduillah! Our 13th week is approaching on Aug 23.
In sha Allah we will be seeing you for Staff Parent's Meeting on Aug 23, 2015. Individual email along with specific time has been emailed to you.
We will be discussing our upcoming session Sept - June, timing, fees, your child's performance in these 13 weeks and discussion on their performance.

Tajweed Made Easy

Dear Parents,

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

We are trying very hard to improve Quran READING by having students understand the concept of Tajweed and apply it when reading Quran. Alhamduillah our students are making good progress.
This Sunday Jul 5, 2015 (Ramadan 17 1436 H) Tajweed resource was provided to  Level 2 students " Tajweed made it Easy". In shaa Allah day by day they will improve.
Kindly make Dua for our Tajweed teacher Brother Ahmed AlAmry and Sister Maha.

Etiquette Challange Winners Level 1

 Dear Parents,

Students from Level 1 was picked for medal and certificate who had  
completed their 4 or 5 sheets of Etiquette Challenge with Super Bonus achievement. Its means these students have read their Duas at least 15 times in a week.

News Letter June 14, 2015


Dear Parents, السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

We are in our third week of school and are very excited that students are learning new concepts every week. We would like to inform and remind you of few things:
ƒ  Review the content which was taught in school with your child through out the week.
ƒ  Please sign Student’s Weekly Agenda every week.

ƒ  Encourage your child to complete the Etiquette Challenge Sheet.

ƒ  Late arrivals slips will be issued for those arriving after 10:10 a.m.

ƒ  Drop off at Front Gate.

ƒ  New Drop off time; 9:50 a.m. as the classes starts promptly at 10:00 a.m.

ƒ  Pick up between 1:00- 1:10 p.m. at Front Gate. Please do not leave your

Vehicle or wait in the School. The child will be called to board the vehicle.

ƒ  Break time is 11:30 to 11:45 a.m. Send Light Lunch or Snacks and water

with your child. The water cooler is for Staff use only.

ƒ  Light Lunch or Snacks should be NUT FREE.

ƒ  Report Absent by 9:00 a.m.  Sunday Morning by email

ƒ  If parents want to sit in the classroom, contact Principal.

ƒ  Evaluation written or oral will be done end of one or two topics.

ƒ  Child can be transferred to higher or lower level after discussing with

classroom teachers. Parents will be notified.

ƒ  Please check your email regularly and add our address in your address book so they are not in your spasm folder.

This week's Etiquette Challange

This Week’s Challenge: Tasmiyah
This week we have done Tasmiyah in our classes. Tasmiya is Bismillah …commencing or starting any work with Allah’s Name to have Barakah (Blessing)..
Every time your child reads Bismillah, they should colour the number. It can happen that your child may colour all the number 1 to 15 in one day. That is great and means that they have recited Bismillah atleast 15 times, other children may not be able to finish this in one day. It need to be completed by next Saturday June 6, 2015/ Shaban 19.
