Today Dental Hygienist visit from CK Public Health. All the level had s much fun. We all learned the correct technique of brushing and flossing our teeth. Cleaning Teeth and Staying clean is part of our faith.

Please review with your children what they have learned today and get involve with the,!

2 minutes  brushing time

toothpaste size of small pea

clean tongue after brushing teeth

floss after brushing

change brushes every 3 months
choose healthy foods and snacks
