Surprise Treat for our Students

What a surprise we had today!
One of our generous parent's gave us a big box of chocolates and candies for our incoming students!
It will serve as a great encouragement and reward to our students.

I hope the students will be looking forward to sweet treat on their first visit to school on May 24th, 2015!

This reward does not compare to the rewards promised to us by Allah for reciting each letter of the Quran, as Rasul Allah SAW has said "Whoever reads a letter from the book of Allah, he will have a reward and that reward will be multiplied by ten." (Tirmidhi)

First Teachers's Meeting

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

On May 21, 2015 (Shaban 3, 1436 H), we had our 1st Teachers meeting. It was a great success. We discussed school policies and regulations. Assessments, grading, lesson plans and homework was also discussed. Teachers are very excited to receive the students on May 31st, 2015 (Shaban 13, 1436 H). May Allah accept our efforts, Ameen.

Tajweed Baseline

We are very privilege to have your children studying at our school. We pray that they became the best Sadaqa Jariya for all of us. Ameen! In order to provide your child(ren) with best of the Quranic Knowledge and Understanding we have decided that we would like to know your child's understanding of Tajweed and Arabic Letters. This will not take more than 7- 10 minutes. This will be done on May 24 2015.

Chatham Kent First's  Weekend Islamic  School will be from starting on Sunday May 31, 2015- Rajab 13, 1436. Insha Allah!
It will run from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every Sunday till Aug 30, 2015.
